INGREDIENTS

 Imperial  METRIC

 
SERVINGS: 1 Pie
 
9 oz. short crust pastry pie shell

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (425g) Pumpkin
6 oz. granulated sugar
½ t. salt
1 t. ground cinnamon
½ t. ground ginger
¼ t. ground cloves
½ pint Carnation Evaporated Milk
 
 
 
 
DIRECTIONS
 
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C, Gas Mark 4, 350 degrees F

Combine all the above ingredients together and pour into pie shell.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
Sprinkle some cinnamon on top of pie.

Allow to cool and serve.


Additional Notes

Serve with a dollop of cool whip or a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
